Terry White was the Senior Designer teamed with a Project Architect for this 72,651 SF senior living community where our client’s design goal was a fusion of hospitality and assisted living while working at an architecture firm in NE Ohio. This project features 87 assisted living suites which include 24 memory care suites, a secured outdoor wandering garden, and green space for residents. This project played a key role as part of the redevelopment of an aging shopping mall. This project was constructed in 2016.
